The Bunstation MCP server connects your AI client to your Bunstation workspace. Once connected, the assistant can use defined tools to create and inspect projects, work with files, check builds, and publish a finished website.
Add https://api.bunstation.com/mcp as a remote MCP server in your client. The client will open Bunstation in your browser, where you can sign in and approve access to your account.
No. Bunstation uses OAuth, so there is no API key or permanent token to copy into a configuration file. You sign in on Bunstation and can revoke the connection later.
You can connect Cursor, Claude, Claude Code, Grok Bot, and Grok Bot CLI. Other clients can also work when they support remote MCP servers over Streamable HTTP and OAuth.
Yes, but changes are staged before they are committed. You can ask the assistant to show the pending files and wait for your approval. Publishing is a separate action and only works after a successful build.
Yes. The assistant can browse public Bunstation templates, filter them by category, and copy the template you choose into a new project. You can then ask it to update the content, design, and code.
Connecting the server does not add a separate fee. Creating projects with AI uses your regular Bunstation credits and account limits. Reading files, reviewing changes, or checking account details does not start a new generation.
